Superb quality

Zenith custom made roller doors are made of press formed profile panels of hot dipped galvanised or plastisol coated steel, lock seamed to form a rigid continuous curtain of steel. The curtain design not only combines a quieter operation with strength but also allows for the addition of thermal and acoustic insulation as well as large clear vision panels  

Operation

Manual 

Hand chain is normally provided with a shoot bolt and chain keep. Alternatively Self Coiling operation is available on smaller doors.

Power 

Provided by three phase or single phase motors complete with chain for emergency operation.

 

Insulation

Insulation is achieved by laminating a polyurethane foam layer to the inside of the door, backed with a silver metallic film with embossed gridded pattern. This provides a continuous thermal layer offering a nominal ‘U’ Valve of 0.59w/m2k.

Optional extras

Plastisol Coat is available in a range of more than sixteen colours. Plastisol is applied to the galvanised steel substrate and has an embossed leathergrain surface textured finish.

Wicket Gates can be fitted to provide personnel entry where there is no other access into a building.

Vision Panels are made from Lexan and are permanently sealed with a weatherproof gasket.
