Door frame specification
Door frame constructed from 1.6mm thick galvanised steel, with a
double rebate profile. Overall width of the profile is 121mm. Head
pieces are connected to the jambs with ‘tab and slot locators, with a
vertical butt joint. The jambs are reinforced for all hardware
supplied. The hinges are rebated flush into the rebate. The frame is
fixed to the surrounding structure using the appropriate fixings
supplied. Any tolerance between frame and structures is taken up with
the unique threaded adjusters, giving quick and positive means of
adjustment.
Fire Doors – Fully tested and fire rated to BS476 PT22 – 1987 up to 240 minutes.
Hardware
All doorsets are fitted as standard with 3 no 114mm x 100mm x 3.4mm
thick stainless steel ball bearing hinges. For additional security the
hinge pin is non removable.
Options
- Mortice locks available in many variations covering all applications. Normally supplied with 5 pin Euro Profile cylinder.
- Panic / exit devices. Available in many variations and conforming to relevant standards
- Doors furniture. Aluminium 'round bar' is supplied as standard.
Options include: Levers, pull handles, push plates, kick plates etc.
