A: Yes. A Representative from our Company will be pleased to visit site, provide information and advice.
Q: Do you provide working drawings ?
A: Yes. We are always prepared to provide as much information as needed, whether this be technical information or drawings.
Q: Do you provide Health & Safety Training for your Engineers ?
A: Yes. All our Engineers regularly attend courses covering aspects of Health & Safety. Copies of certificates are available upon request - including CSCS Certification.
Q: Do you provide a guarantee on completion of work ?
A: Yes: Materials and labour 12 months from installation.
Q: Are your electrical tools tested ?
A: Yes - A PAT Test is carried out once per annum
Q: Are Zenith able to undertake large contract work ?
A: Yes: Zenith have been successfully involved in many multiple works
Q: Does Zenith cover more than the Devon area ?
A: Yes: We cover all the South West of England from Cornwall to Bristol and eastwards into Dorset.
Q: Does Zenith incorporate all the necessary Insurances and to what level is their Public Liability ?
A: Yes and our Public Liability is up to £5 Million - copies on request
Q: Are all Zenith Engineers employed by Zenith ?
Q: Yes - we do not use sub-contractors as this way we can control the quality of work.
